Guess what? Despite today being a holiday, I dragged myself out of bed for a morning jog (to prepare myself for mass PE next year). HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I actually wanted to jog 2.4km, but I felt faint and dizzy after 2 rounds. That's like 800m. So embarrassing. And to top it all of, I think all that jogging has given me a very bad headache. The afternoon nap didn't help.
I think I shan't be too ambitious and try to run 2.4 after close to half a year of not running. I shall start slow and slowly build up my stamina. Shall continue running tml morning.
